GSM-R PROJECT.
The project included the full implementation of GSM-R infrastructure along the European railway line E20 corridor. The scope of work includes the construction of fiber optic lines (over 800 km on both sides of the tracks), radio facilities (container-based, 40-meter-high concrete towers, antennas and radio and transmission devices) 56 items, all additional systems: teletransmission, security, energy devices, network supervision and public utility facilities.
The scope of responsibility includes full project management (consortium leader), commercial and operational contacts with the client and the Engineer’s Office (work carried out in accordance with the YELLOW FIDIC principles), logistics, technology, transmission and radio link planning, management of the subcontractor chain, financing and documentation, permits, cooperation and NOBO certificates.
GOVERNMENT PROJECT
The project included the construction of an extensive transmission/IP network throughout the country used by local and central authorities to exchange information.
The task included full project management responsibility and all commercial aspects.
The second project with a similar technical background was carried out for the Ministry of Defense. It included the construction of a highly secured transmission network (teletransmission) between military locations in the country.
COMPANY ARCHITECTURE
The project included responsibility for sales, marketing and customer service departments for a new mobile operator. Based on existing permits, we created the first CDMA 2001Ex network in Poland. The task included creating structures and strategies for marketing and sales departments, preparing a marketing strategy and visual identification, creating Customer Care, price list structure, and creating services with descriptions. Generally, the project covered the full spectrum of activities necessary to locate a new entity, which was a new operator on the market from the point of view of sales and marketing.
